Anywho, the control board went and it'll be here sometime. Something about waiting on China to send them. In the meantime I ordered this from Amazon. Originally hooked it up wrong so it was getting super hot super quick, so I found the wiring guide and fixed it.

I have the p setting to 1, which should be the universal setting, and it's still doing the same thing after I fix the wiring. So I cleaned out the fire pot and tried again and it just spit this.

Between googling and the manual, I have no idea what this means. I just wanted to smoke a ham on Christmas man.
