Not sure if these are the skin tones fleece tights you were looking at, but one option is to cut the very bottoms off so the footed ones look like the stirrup version but you get a little extra length. It's hard to tell if they have a heel portion and you'd end up needing to wear socks to keep your feet warm, but booties/tall boots could still hide both those things.
