Though I use a different suspension system I would consider the one it comes with adequate.
Tons of great rain flys out there, a regular rectangular tarp is a cheap easy way to get started especially if you don't need something super light or compact.
I use an older Eno ember 2 underquilt, I'd probably recommend a different one though it works.
You can just use a regular sleeping bag instead of a top quiltt
