The ones Dexcom will send you for free work well for me. I'm outdoors and in water a lot and the Dexcom ones hold fairly tightly.
But if you want something that's industrial strength, the Lexcam Waterproof CGM Overpatch needs a large dose of Uni-Solve to unstick.
The Dexcom overpathces work well for me, but before I found out about them I had good results with the Lexcam overpatch on Amazon.
I like these the best....

This what I use. Maybe it'll work for you. Otherwise get some medical tape.
They are made by Lexcam and I swear by them. I just ordered three more packages tonight just in case things get really bad and they run out again.
Until this current crisis I was in the water every day. I get sweaty from workouts. And where I live the weather is warm to hot most of the year.
I put the over-patch on after a new sensor has successfully completed its two hour warmup and by the end of ten days it still looks as good as new.
I buy these, and they work great.

I am editing to add that I also use this with it. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002NSCHY4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&psc=1
You can buy sensor tape for dexcom on Amazon. There are other brands besides Dexcom but they hold your sensor in place really well.
