It's EL Wire, you can get it from amazon, ebay, adafruit.com, etc - really easy to set up.

It's EL Wire, you can get it form amazon, ebay, adafruit.com, etc - it's just wired to the bikes electrical system - buy a 12v set. It's very simple to wire, can be bent and cut freely.
