Considering you've already bought a Wiimote, it's probably cheaper to try to get it working with Bluetooth Passthrough. In case the BT Adapter you already have doesn't work well with Bluetooth Passthrough, try getting an Orico BTA-403, as it works great with Bluetooth Passthrough, is readily available and is cheap.
If you don't want to use Bluetooth Passthrough and prefer to simply get a Wiimote that is guaranteed to work regardless of the BT Adapter you have, your only option is the official Wii Remote Plus from Nintendo.
They aren't cheap, though, and availability will only get worse in the future as AFAICT Nintendo doesn't manufacture them anymore for quite a while now, at least since they stopped selling the Wii U...
