LM is getting better and better at showing options using dumbbells if you don't have a bar. And you don't have to buy their expensive set. I got mine from Dick's Sporting Goods years ago (was doing the old LM BeachBody DVDs). I think I got my step from Target. You don't need a step for BodyPump, but you will get more range in the chest track.
