Neither. Both of those are 2280 drives and won't fit in the Steam Deck. You need 2230, which are much shorter (and more costly).
I'm using this one in mine, mostly because it was one of the few generally available and not stupidly priced 2TB 2230 drives. However, it's been running great, and addlink is a known brand that's been around for a while. They just haven't broken out big in the U.S. market.
