Tore my MCL, I wear a shock-doctor brace I got from my doc. I got it through insurance but i bet its on amazon or something. it's got two big bars on the side that keep it from popping out to the sides or something. I'm not a doctor.

This is what I have. It’s beefy, and I only used it before surgery (my ACL has been gone for years, but decided to get the surgery a few weeks ago). It’s good and I always felt very stable with it.
