A Cornelius Keg might work. I’ve used it to carbonate large batches of cocktails. If you pressurized it with nitrogen it won’t carbonate but you should be able to infuse something.

That said, depending on what you’re infusing with, I’d probably just drain it from the main hatch (after bleeding pressure.) I don’t think they’re designed to dispense with any solids inside.
