Suggestions for minimal garage gym that fits in a 4ft wide space?
I have a 2 car garage that still needs to park 2 cars. There's about 4ft of extra width on one side of the garage.
I am used to going to a commercial gym and doing deadlifts, bench press, lat pull downs. I don't really squat due to bad knees. I don't go more than 3 plates for my max deadlift. And I bench with 35lb plates.
I'm planning to get:
NordicTrack 55lb Adjustable Dumbbells - $350
I'm stuck on the rack and barbell. I'm thinking about getting a 6ft CAP barbell and a decent enough half squat rack like this. Although these would probably not be the first recommendation most people make, these would be sufficient right?
