If you didn't find one on Etsy, then it'd be difficult to find one hand-made elsewhere. Personally, I did buy one from amazon and it works nicely. It fits not only my Mini 9, but also my Mini 70 with ease, and my Mini 90 (a little bit tight for the 90 around the lens, but it still works).
