Hello I have 60mm IPD and a big nose also. Software IPD does not work for me.

What you need to do is just buy one of these:

You will have light bleed around your nose area but its the tradeoff for a big nose and 60mm IPD. Just push the cover in a bit around the nose area.

The headset is way more comfortable with this, trust me. Also its better if you sweat.
