DIYer advice:

An old school beam style torque wrench is very cheap, and works perfectly well. It's just a little less convenient to use than the fancy modern clicky ones. And if you've never changed plugs before, you won't have a "feel" for how tight they should be, and even a small risk of stripping the threads in the head is best avoided.
