Hey, CableMatters VR cable: https://www.amazon.com/Cable-Matters-Extension-DisplayPort-Black/dp/B08F827M3G would come to mind, but it's been out of stock for ages or at least it was when I was searching for a solution and people said it's a hit or miss. I pieced together something else that works just fine.
I use this USB 3.0 booster: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Alxum-Extension-Adapter-Keyboard-Printer/dp/B08GP6WYW3/ - the brand that I use is Unity, but aside from the branding, this cable seems to be exactly the same. Remember to buy a power supply for it, 5V 2A minimum. My cable is 5 meters, additional 6 meters from Index makes it 11, which is from what I remember within the safe ballpark of distance.
For the DisplayPort booster, I use this: https://www.amazon.com/Club-3D-DisplayPort-Repeater-4K120Hz/dp/B08BKJLY3T - CableMatters booster that's half the price and apparently works was out of stock as well, so I decided to get this one. This one also requires external microUSB power, so remember to get another power supply for it as well.
If you also need a proper DisplayPort cable, don't cheap out, get something VESA certified. You're introducing so many potential points of failure and troubleshooting by extending your Index, so spare yourself the headache. I use this: https://www.amazon.com/CableDirect-DisplayPort-I-S-Shielding-Certification/dp/B07JDLTY5L/ but only 3m, that's enough for me and that's what I had on hand. 5m is going to work just fine as well, I can vouch for the booster.
For the Index power, you just have to plug it where you're playing, I don't think there's a dedicated power extender for it. If you have to absolutely extend power too, a regular extension strip should work.
For my setup, I noticed absolutely zero issues, no discrepancies, no dropped frames, no additional delay, it's just like it was plugged straight into the computer and can vouch for it. Just make sure to get the power supplies correct and you should be good to go.
