Too many low power LEDs. My understanding is that it's better to go with fewer, higher power LEDs.

I have something similar to that I got off of aliexpress a couple years ago and paid %50 more for it. I've been able to grow 4 smaller plants under it but am currently experimenting with a single plant that's groomed in a sea of green fashion.
