Interesting, even using a VPN with a US address and clearing all browser cookies, my link above keeps returning the dog page.

OTOH, I searched for "Manker" on the Amazon search box as before, but this time kept going after the first page, and was able to locate one of their products: https://www.amazon.com/MC11-Tactical-Flashlight-Rechargeable-Integrated/dp/B09G6GV2G1

But it was the only one even after going thru 10 pages or so of results. So perhaps they aren't totally banned, but having a single product being shown (when they previously had quite a few) sounds weird to me...
