I went to that link, and one of the "suggested alternatives" was a $20 Amazingforless Bluetooth Touch Screen Smart Wrist Watch Phone with Camera o.O

They also have a $15 version without the camera. And ones meant to look like an Apple Watch for $40.

Insanely, this $20 watch claims to run AndroidWear, has cellular connection "Can be used as a phone with micro SIM" and a microSD slot! Edit: Odd, some colors/styles claim AndroidWear, others don't. I don't actually expect it does run AndroidWear (from the photos,) but odd that some colors/styles say they are, and others don't.

Okay, out of pure morbid curiosity, I'm ordering one of these monstrosities... I've wasted $20 on worse.
