Is the color an absolute? If not, I would bump up your price range a bit, and get this mic. Also, this boom stand is cheaper, and if while shock mounts are nice, they aren't needed immediately. If you save some more money, this shock mount is great(or so my friends have told me. I haven't gotten it yet. Waiting for the next paycheck).

150 seems high. You can get the Q2U on amazon for 70 bucks, and you can get cheap boom arms for 15-20usd, including a foam "popfilter". The nice thing with the q2u is you can change to xlr when you have the money.

Now that that is out of the way.
I would consider instead of going for the q2u, to look at the XM8500

For the money its super hard to beat, and personally I feel it sounds better than the q2u.At a normal price of 25usd (on sale on amazon for 19usd currently) you can easily pick up the cable needed, a foam tip and boom arm as above, along with a xlr interface.
The reason I would go this way, is that you then set yourself up for a nice upgrade path down the road. As for what interface to get, there is a lot to chose from, but for streaming I would go with the wave XLR interface from Elgato. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09738CKKX/
The interface itself isnt anything special, its not bad, not great, but does a good job. The reason to pick up that interface over say Focusrite, is the Wave software it comes with. The software will let you adjust volume easily independent between what you hear and what stream hear, along with routing audio wherever you want it. For the price, there really isnt anything like it.
Just editing in the comparison from podcastage.

I use a Neewer NW-800 along with a scissor stand.
Didn't break the bank at all and has excellent sound quality and it gives you the option to use audiophile grade headphones in conjunction.
I looked up SF-666 on YouTube and they showed a similar link to the mic and it didn't sound bad.. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K68MT9Q?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NcVDYVmuTBY
So do you guys think the SF-666 is decent? The mic test wasn't that bad on YouTube. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K68MT9Q?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NcVDYVmuTBY
EDIT: What about this MIC ARM? I will buy it if it stays on sale. http://www.amazon.com/NEEWER-Microphone-Suspension-Scissor-Stand/dp/B00DY1F2CS/ref=pd_bxgy_267_3?ie=UTF8&refRID=13KTWVXN4VG62A6FD6RB Looks a bit bigger as-well.
Cheap. And it’s good. Been using mine for about 2 years.

The Neewer extendable arms on Amazon are pretty darn sturdy for the price (even better price if you get the condenser mic package). I've seen video reviews of people putting Blue Snowball mics on them, but not the Blue Yeti.
I suggest the ATR2100 dynamic mic. Here's why:
It is both USB and XLR compatible, so in the future if you want to upgrade to an XLR setup you don't have to buy a new mic at the same time. This makes the upgrade less expensive.
It is a dynamic mic. Most people like condenser mics because their stats look better. They probably even sound better in an acoustically treated room. However, not everybody has an acoustically treated room, and it you don't then they pick up a TON of background noise. It will be much easier to clean the audio and ultimately it will sound better to use a dynamic mic (unless you treat your recording space).
It's got an on/off switch, an indicator light, and a 3.5mm jack for a headset if you want to use it.
It's $50, so you can also afford to get a mic stand and a pop filter. Maybe even a shock mount if you want.
Will it sound as good as a Blue Snowball, or a CAD U37? Given that you'll be recording more of your voice and less of your environment it probably will sound better and will decrease the amount of editing you will have to do. Does it look as pretty as one of the other mics? Not particularly.
