I replaced the wi-fi card with an Intel 8265, SSD with a 2T HP EX950, RAM with 2x32GB Samsung M471A4G43MB1, and battery with a (hopefully) genuine Dell. I"m thinking I should throw away the bottom cover screws and just use velcro 😉
I upgraded mine to 64GB and 8700T as well.
I used this RAM (2 sticks):

FYI: There are compatibility issues with the 9th gen CPU depending on the BIOS of the motherboard.
Sorry for the double reply to you, I am somewhat reluctant to make another post lol but do these work together?

The other one went out of stock :/ I am basically gonna buy the NUC first if it works
T480s user. Ordered 32Gb stick last week. It has arrived yesterday. Egerly waiting for the weekend to do the upgrade.

I have a TVS-672N with 64GB RAM, it's been running for 18 months, no issues at all.
Running x2 of these: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07N124XDS
I bought samsung ram and it worked great. Samsung 32GB DDR4 2666MHz RAM Memory Module for Laptop Computers (260 Pin SODIMM, 1.2V) M471A4G43MB1 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07N124XDS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_lzsyFb6CDJB61
It’s nice on the RAM side of things, but you can upgrade that yourself for about $110.
If you really want to budget it, I’d just go for the i5 with even 128gb SSD/8GB ram
This way you can add your own 32GB of ram and also add your own external SSD for cheap. I use these:

Looking at the pics on the tech doc, it seems like it shouldn’t be an issue replacing both sticks.
Edit: I see what you mean though. Not a single doc I can find that explicitly states which RAM speed it’s using. I’d open it up, see which sticks they’re using and if it’s the same DDR4 2666, grab two of these
