I bought the replacements off of Amazon here’s the link. The 2 caps in the front of the photo are the replacements, but the 2 in the back are not.

I checked the new caps with a multimeter and everything seemed ok then, but I’ll check again tomorrow. I unfortunately already threw out the old caps but I have a bunch of the new ones left. The leaky caps are the 2 in the back of the photo.
