That is a GREAT combo. I would go for this 4-stroke engine kit, due to being IDENTICAL to the other kit, but $100 cheaper. Its a pretty great kit, and will get the job done, but if your riding condition are anything but smooth and flat roads, you might want to consider a different engine kit. It DOESNT get up hills.
When you build the bike, DO NOT use the fenders, just take them off, you'll save yourself a hospital bill.
Youll also want some brakes on that bad boy. Get yourself a set of clamp brakes (uses fender mounts) and a dual brake lever.
