I haven't heard of that pump, but the Savio WMS 3600 is a good pump and about the same size. Either way, get a solids pump. It's much better than the non-solids. Get clogged waay less.
For Air Pumps, I've always used the Tetra and have never had them die on me. They're great.
UV? Never needed a UV. They're useful for big ponds (10k+) but anything smaller and a good plant filter is all you need. Because while pondwater can be clear with a plant filter AND a UV filter, it will never be clear with just a UV Filter (if you have fish).
Get lots of plants, pack them into the areas where the water flows. If you REALLY want a clear pond, put them in an external spillover (stock tank, etc) and have the water flow thru that before spilling back in the pond. Either way, plants are key to a clear pond. UV filters just help, but really don't do a damn thing if everything else is working well.
