I love this reply. Thank you! Personal insight is so much better than paid advertising and what not.

So, can you help me out a bit further and just confirm I'm looking at getting the right stuff?

I would get:

- Lee Challenger Breech Lock Single Stage Press Kit for $170.99

- Lee Deluxe Carbide 4-Die Set for $51.99 (for 9mm Luger)

- Hornady M-1 Case Tumbler for $64.99

- Caliper for $9.99

- A Couple of 100 round 9mm Frankford Arsenal Hinge-Top Ammo Box Plastic Gray and Black for $4.49

Consumables:

- 100 x Sierra Sports Master Bullets 9mm (355 Diameter) 124 Grain Jacketed Hollow Point for $26.99

- Federal Small Pistol Primers #100 Box of 1000 for $104.99

- Sig Sauer Brass 9mm Luger Bag of 100 for $26.99

- Frankford Arsenal Brass Cleaning Media Corn Cob 15lb for $19.99

- Powder from a local gun store (any recommendations on what to get for powder?)

More questions:

- Do I need a chamfer / deburring tool?

- What is a case length gauge and do I need one?

- Should I get a Lyman Custom Fit Reloading Tray?

- Do I need a Reloading Bench/Stand or can I do this on my kitchen counter?

Best thing you can do (like I did too); spent a little over $10 on Amazon and buy a Caliper, eliminate all sizing matters.

when i do any repairs, i put each component, and its associated screws) into a 2"x2" zip-top baggie (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09DX8HVDV) to keep everything organized.
you're already using the ifixit guides for sizing and placement. so i don't need to explain that step to you. :)
early on i bought couple of full screw sets to have for random spares. unless you're dealing with specific ones like standoffs, a lot of the phillips and tri-lobes can be used in different iphones, provided the diameter is right and the shaft is not overly long. depending on where you get them from, full screw sets for a given model are anywhere from $3 to $9.
to get the right fit, it's either trial and error, or you can use a digital caliper/micrometer, like this (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DFFYCXS)

As Jane Gracious said - digital calipers. I have this cheap one from Amazon (under $10). Works fine so far & comes w/a spare battery :) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DFFYCXS/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_KZA34YZXJN4S45KHWQA4
