Personally I didn't use it but 112J looks better on paper. Better body wood. Overall having humbucker and single pickups is a plus for having different tones. http://www.guitaradventures.com/yamaha-pacifica-review
Plus, you'll need a tuner. I use this one. Really easy to use, all you need to put it on guitar's neck. Sure, game has a tuner but it's not that precise as I see. And if you start learning with a bad tuning, you'll have serious problems about deciding what sounds good or not. https://www.amazon.com/DAddario-Accessories-Eclipse-Headstock-Tuner/dp/B01IBI88R4
Other than that, when I read Amazon reviews, they say cheap level guitars comes without fine workmanship. This means
it will be out of tune
truss rod might be out of shape for proper playing
bridge string heights might not be proper
bridge string lenght setup might need setup to fix guitar's intonation
I know you don't know what I just wrote here, lot's of confusing words and setups. I know lots of people stops playing guitar because it has problems with truss rod and string height, makes it impossible to get joy but it can be fixed.
If you don't know what you are doing, just find a luthier / take your guitar to a proper guitar shop so you can get it fixed. Because you have a chance to give a permanent damage to it.
