This is what I used to test it. I didn't get through the install process because that PC can't run Windows 11, but it did boot to the installer. My WinPE didn't work, but it did on my USB flash drive; I may have to recopy that and try again as the SD card is old and slow (might have to just add SD card reader drivers or something).
