You could go with the classic Cherry MX Speed Silver, but the Akko Silvers are actually better on paper. They have less pre-travel and a lower total travel, as well as a lower actuation force.
There are common recommendations like reds or speed silvers. Reds have a low actuation force, and silvers have shorter travel distance and low actuation force. I personally game on Oil Kings, which is not a popular switch for gaming as a lot of people find it to be too heavy. My first couple of days I had sore fingers, but now they've strengthened up and I don't have issues.
The general consensus is low actuation force linears are the best for gaming, so look for something with a 40g-ish actuation force and you should be good.
It's pricey, and is a 60%, but the Wooting 60HE (Note, this is a pre-order) is considered to be the best gaming board on the market. The switches are analog and programmable, so you can set the actuation distance and have true analog inputs (think of a racing game where you could make smaller corrections based on how far you press the switch)

The Akko Silvers are actually better than the Cherry MX Speed Silvers on paper. Might be worth a pickup.
