Neck pillows help and I also use eye covers of some variety. Even a simple hat that I pull down over my eyes works pretty good.

Incidentally, since I got downvoted, presumably because I wasn't answering the title of this post, I was answering the text of the post -- anyhoo! fake internet points aside, my recommendation on this is "expensive" (cheap by adjustable bed standards).

I'll be honest with you, I slept pretty damn good in an ez-chair recliner, but I recognize that won't work for everyone.
This was as good as a bed got, which is pretty good, but I still tend to slide down. I think the wedge a neck pillow might have worked, but I never found that combo, I bought the bed first because I wanted to sleep next to my wife ;)
