Is it okay with you if there are many tiny holes for your liquid to drain into, rather than one big hole like most funnels have? If so, you might be okay with the Bialetti blister funnel, which I think is meant to go inside a moka pot (stovetop espresso maker):

Though Bialetti moved at least some of their production of their moka pots to China, so I don't know if that blister funnel is oldstock that was made in Italy, or if it is newstock that is made in China, or newstock that is made in Italy.

I've also heard that Italy has lax labelling laws, so that's why a lot of the posters on this subReddit try to avoid Made-in-Italy poducts as well, unless they are 100% certain it is very Italian-made.
