You might need to swap it over to Xbox One, as it may be for PS4.

It's also $30 on Amazon (might be cheaper elsewhere), but that's a nice discount, so about $50 all together if you were to buy this and the season pass together. That's better than buying the new edition they are releasing that comes with the same contents.
