Actually, yes. All the games except the bottom half of the honorable mentions are sold by Amazon (which is exactly why they are honorable mentions).

For OP, since it's called "Amazon Best of 2013", obviously it's the Top 10 of games sold by Amazon. I don't see why you should point that.
