Trying to average away that first 1 star review, huh? Good effort for sure. I was an amazon seller over 5 years ago during the end of the gold rush, and I don't know if you want my advice, but this product is already dead. Your first review is 1 star. Your product is in the tiniest niche imaginable with cheaper just as effective alternatives (if not more effective because it can be hot or cold) out there already with over a thousand reviews.
But lets say you do get traction and make decent sales, blackhat chinese sellers who plan to get banned and are happy going through dozens of accounts will kill your listing or take it over with counterfeits. Let's say you magically avoid that, then amazon will find a way to either use your same chinese factory or make their own and undercut you with their own version. I recommend you sell out your 63 individual, and 51 double packs on amazon and just call it a day, if you can sell that many that is. Please don't spend thousands on PPC.
Feel free to keep soldiering on, and I truly do wish you success. But if you do, a year from now when you are thousands of dollars in the red and finally decide to shut this down, you'll remember that I told you to cut your losses and stop now.
Edit: I just saw you are taking the infertility route as well. Props for trying to play both sides, but just want to make clear my recommendation still stands. Even with both super tiny markets, not enough people will choose your products over super cheap hot/coldpacks.
