If it's not covered under an accident prevention plan? The screen is usually fairly simple to replace. A combination of a replacement screen from amazon ($59.71) and a youtube video telling you how to install it (free) should do it.

A note, those two are for the HP Envy, but there are different models of it. Just check to make sure your specific HP Envy model is listed on the amazon page.

...also, evidently amazon offers a "professional installation" of the screen for $93.72 more if you're iffy about doing it yourself. Again, though, it's fairly simple to do (and there are plenty of detailed videos on how to do it).
