$20 for AmazonBasics Dexos1 Gen2, 5 quarts: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07C5FF9NG
$7 for a Wix brand filter: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B002PMQOJW
(I chose Wix after watching some review videos on youtube where they cut various branded filters open to look at the build quality; FRAM was probably the WORST, Wix and NAPA Gold were the best IIRC).
Although, the above is probably only worth it if you already have Amazon Prime, otherwise you'd have to pay a chunk for shipping.
The only other thing you'd need are a couple sockets for the top of the filter cap (24mm I think) and the drain plug (don't remember; I replaced mine with this quick-drain thing doesn't require tools).
Only tip I would pass along is to lay shop towels around the filter area before removal and give it time to drain in it's housing after loosening the cap to reduce the amount of oil that wants to fall off when you finally pull it up. That and you probably will want to get a U-Joint adapter for your socket cause it's kind of an odd angle and tight space.
I mean Amazon full syth is 20 buck and is actually high quality shit. https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Conventional-Motor-Oil-5W-30/dp/B07C5FF9NG?th=1
So many youtube videos testing it
