My first thought was to use a hand truck like this one - you need something with wheels that go 360 degrees around, a solid bottom and has a handle that goes straight up. You could attach the TRONES with bungee cords around the middle in between the two pull-outs. Of course, a good solid hand truck like this may be too big for your space; but here’s an example of one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BQVPHDWW/ref=syn_sd_onsite_mobileweb_0?ie=UTF8&psc=1&pd_rd_plhdr=t
Then I remembered recently coming across a wide variety of stick-on wheels and casters available online - I’ve never used them so I can’t tell you anything about their longevity, usability or if they would stick to plastic, but it might be worth a try. If they don’t adhere well, you can certainly try a different adhesive or even heavy duty Velcro. Here are just a couple of examples; but there are many other choices, sizes, wheel types and price points.
There are more heavy duty ones like these: https://www.amazon.com/RollArounds-Instant-Wheels-Self-Adhesive-18137/dp/B000M8QUL8/ref=asc_df_B000M8QUL8/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=167141273025&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=2789408893826222085&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9052156&hvtargid=pla-304642290475&psc=1.
These are itty bitty ones that would not raise them much off the ground but being lower to the ground may help them balance better - you would want to these all over the bottom: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BFF63BCC/ref=sspa_mw_detail_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9waG9uZV9kZXRhaWwp13NParams.
