I feels like the Feit Electric class of equipment are worth the ponder particularly the https://www.amazon.com/Feit-Electric-GLP24FS-19W-LED/dp/B077L4K12Z/ref=sr_1_5?crid=31MU51HBEZHWN&keywords=feit%2Belectric%2Bgrow%2Blight&qid=1673208361&sprefix=feit%2Belectric%2Bgrow%2Caps%2C93&sr=8-5&th=1.
To me at least it seems like they are a "hybrid" of the "blurple" and "full spectrum" lights. But the "dumbed down" version of plant lighting altogether are follows...
For general vegetative, seed starting/general propagation as well as a vegetative "recovery" lighting your cheaper blurple lighting are the way to go and are generally cheaper than other options.
For "full spectrum" lights, they gonna cost you a small fortune so I would "reserve" these for if you are SERIOUS about flowering and/or fruiting only. By most accounts, you PROBABLY don't need them by the shelves but rather only a few shelving units worth for say your tomatoes, strawberries, etc.
Lastly if you are "huge" on propagation or otherwise where roots' growth is at an ABSOLUTE "premium" that's where you might wanna "bust out" red "weighted" lights to spur such growth over only focusing on veg/fruiting growth.
I have thisin my rudsta wide and plants are thriving with just the one. its not UK but may provide a good starting place!
I’m using this light bar. You can open up the plastic housing and put a strong magnet inside each end. Then place another strong magnet on the outside of the glass to hold it up. The light has a slight pinkish hue, but it’s not offensive. It kept my plants going in a dark basement all winter with no casualties!

The Feit lights were such a game changer for my rare tropical houseplants. I got the one with full spectrum but it comes with a switch to toggle between blue light, red light, or a mix depending on your growth goals.
