I ordered everything off Amazon. I used this case, which includes a daughtercard to mount the M.2 SSD drive in the case:
The case is not hard to put together, but a bit tedious with tiny screws that are always problematic for my sausage fingers. But everything works fine.
This is the drive that I used with it:

A friend went with a different drive (Crucial, I think), and while there was nothing wrong with the drive, he couldn't get it to work with Umbrel. He ended up returning it and using this one, which worked great for him too.
Here's the SD card I used:

And the official Raspberry Pi power supply:

If you have any questions or trouble, be sure to visit the Umbrel telegram group at https://t.me/getumbrel, it's quite active and helpful.
Sorry for posting this!
Don't be sorry. This is exactly the discussion that this subreddit is for :)
Between those two, I would go with the Apeman. I've seen these around reddit and can attest that they are at least somewhat popular. I've never heard of the 70mai brand so I would probably not go with it. The only other one that'd i'd recommend is the Aukey or B1W in the sidebar but if you don't like them, then the Apeman should be fine.
Just make sure you pair with a high endurance SD card to go with it. Since dashcams do a lot of read/write cycles on the memory, normal ones tend to fail quickly. Fortunately, they are pretty cheap nowadays. Go with something like this Samsung one.
The 3-wire hardwire kits enable parking mode and battery discharge prevention, whereas normal fuse taps just hide your wires and your camera will turn off when your car is off.
