Them not providing info about their company is a huge red flag.
Also that site you linked to shows their director is named "John Doe" and the photos seem like stock photos. Here seems to be the source of the photo: https://unsplash.com/photos/WMD64tMfc4k also sells crowns on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Gold-King-Crowns-Men-Rhinestone/dp/B09MY9FGJ2
Also can't find any "Angelica White" attorney on Google.
Their website shows a New York address but the website i-grade.online shows registered to Ontario Canada
Furthermore the phone number on the site shows various posts on 800notes that are indicative of a scam: https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-631-201-8690 (arrest warrant, picking dates to serve papers, etc)
And their wording that they will send the documents "again" but only through your attorney is yet another read flag
Debt collectors are kind of in an chicken and egg situation because they can't discuss the debt with a 3rd party so they ask for info like your DOB or last 4 of SSN which can lead consumers to believe it's a scam.
I would ignore, it is almost certainly a scam. If they take legal action a case will be filed with your local courthouse and you can verify this with them.
