Past that, I know Mother's India Nag Champa series has a couple Lavender-forward blends that are quite popular. Their 'Ganesh' in particular seems to shove the scent forward. 'Purusha' also leans in that direction. (However, these are blends, so not really 'pure' lavender, but still lovely.)

And past that there are a number of other sticks that I've not personally tried which could fit the bill:
https://www.exoticincense.com/exotic-vedic-lavender-incense-p-2054.html I've enjoyed some of exotic's own-brand stuff in the past, though i've not sampled this one in particular.
https://www.amazon.com/Nippon-Kodo-Ka-fuh-Scents-Lavender/dp/B001B67TBK/ I like ka-fuh 'Hinoki' (cypress scent) so perhaps their lavender entry is good as well?
https://www.exoticincense.com/pure-incense-classic-sandalwood-lavender-p-1573.html A Sandalwood-lavender blend. Pure-incense is another brand with a lot of love here on the subreddit, though I find their classic line to be a little heavy on their base mixture (a sweet, vanilla scent).
