I bought this one last year; works great. I make beef jerky in it all the time.

Use the Amazon Warehouse for better pricing on used models. Have the same warranty and most are new or in like new shape for a lot cheaper just missing the manul or original packaging.
If that is too expensive for you I highly recommend this one as a starter. It will do about 3 lbs of jerky at a time and the trays are dishwasher safe. Digital temp to 160 and 24 hour timer.

I picked up this one... works well enough and its rectangular which i think would hold more jerky then a circluar one, maybe? There are many options to choose from.
This is the one I got : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B012CG8N26
If you could afford another $10 plus tax in your budget, this is the one I got and happy with it. Amazon
I use this one and I love it. When I bought it it was $49, but I'd buy it again at $59.

I bought this one used but in new condition from Amazon Warehouse and it was brand new just repackaged and works great for my jerky and dehydrating apples etc. Goes up to 160 degrees and has a timer that can go 24 hours and auto shutoff. Usually I set it for 160 degrees for 6 hours overnight for my jerky and it's ready in the morning. I bought it in the U.S. but here is a link to it on Amazon EU and check under the used link for cheaper but also free shipping and the same warranty thru Amazon. Good Luck!
