Most of the changes I have made to the manuscript are minor, except for one thing: I deleted all references to the word "slut" and replaced it with the term “sylph.” I agree with those of you who pointed out that the term “slut” just has too much baggage for ordinary readers to work with. I've included a preamble that explains what I mean by “sylph.”
