If you are in the USA you want version C.
The no warranty is because its the international version aka version "B" and a third party seller and is missing some LTE Bands specifically the ones that are probably more prominent in your area. Asus store currently has inventory go through there or B&H to make sure you get a US phone aka version C (if you are not in us this not really an issue). There's also an official amazon link on the store page below check if that has inventory.
