If you are in the USA you want version C.

The no warranty is because its the international version aka version "B" and a third party seller and is missing some LTE Bands specifically the ones that are probably more prominent in your area. Asus store currently has inventory go through there or B&H to make sure you get a US phone aka version C (if you are not in us this not really an issue). There's also an official amazon link on the store page below check if that has inventory.

2 way i can think of right now cause of lack of info and cant find anything on my phone (if you have box this is a lil easier):

1. If you go to Settings > System > Regulatory Labels if its USA / canada aka version C its gonna show you USA /CANADA LABELS. My guess is that you should have a Version C if you see those labels. (need someone with non usa version to confirm)

1. Second Method: Go to Asus Warranty Page for USA, CANADA & CHINA and put in your serial number. If its found on USA or CANADA its a C. If not found its Global Version (A, B)

Even on Zentalk forums they dont give a clear answer.
