taking a mild natural digestive enzyme (or beano) before eating, chew til food is apple sauce consistency, try not to breathe/eat quickly so as to not to swallow air (this is a real phenomenon), have "mono meals" - the more ingredients you try to eat at once the harder it is for your body to digest. i.e. have just some potatoes, only some melon, etc.

kids take them so i am under the impression they are pretty mild. i havent had issues and i cant take things like advil, benadryl, nyquil etc many meds so i think pretty safe from my own exp.
i have been taking this leaky gut supplement on an empty stomach in the morning and i feel it has helped soothe / not get crazy flare ups which normally lead to bloating. i bought it on amazon but here is their actual site so you can read about it. it has some great amazon reviews and again is pretty natural ... worst ingredient in there i think is monkfruit. you get used to the taste lol
