I do not see these videos linked yet but Bruce from Rcmodelreviews on Youtube did a cheap mini quad build and it helped me alot at first. This build series is unlikely to be using all of the same parts you are ordering but it helps understand how to put it together/fix it.

Batteries: The Nano Tech you have order will work perfectly fine but I would look into possibly getting a better charger as Lipo's can be dangerous and a good charger will help minimize the danger and ensure your batteries last longer by properly balance charging them. I currently have the below charger and a parallel charging board so that I can charge up to 6 batteries at once.

Also, this thread helped me pick up a lot of odds and ends that I did not originally know I would need.
I know others have already mentioned it but you really can't go wrong with building your Quadcopter from the start. It can be intimidating but in the end it will save you time as you will not be spending days trying to figure out how to fix it when you inevitably smash it into the ground or tree. Also, it's actually fairly simple to build after you get over the initial fear. The biggest suggestion I can make is to set some time aside and watch build videos (the one I linked is VERY popular for beginners and its what I used when I first started even though I used none of the parts he used) and videos setting up your specific Flight Controller. I currently use a CC3D and it is one of the easier Flight Controllers to work with and navigate through the software (Openpilot).
I'm sure you will have more questions so if there is anything additional you need help with PM me and I will be happy to answer whatever I can.
