I don't have iron or folic acid on my list so I can't help you there but I take the others.
Here's the thiamine I use. The nurse told me they don't make a chewable or liquid version. She told me to buy a capsule, open it up and mix it with some liquid to take it down. The only one I found was on Amazon.
Here's the calcium citrate I take. I take one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one at night.
This is the B12 I take. Trader Joe's also sells one that dissolves under your tongue.
