This is what I bought:
-Blender: VITAMIX EXPLORIAN E310 https://www.amazon.com/Vitamix-E310-Explorian-Professional-Grade-Container/dp/B0758JHZM3
-Vacuum Pump System (Bianco di puro) https://biancodipuro.com/en/produkt/vacuum-pump-system-en/
-Standard jar, 2 litter Bianco di puro https://biancodipuro.com/en/produkt/mixcontainer-standard-en/
What do you think?
I recommend the one ive got. 48 oz is PERFECT for a large Nalgene with just a little more room in case you need it. The 64 oz is huge. i do a Nalgene everyday and i cannot recommend it enough. It is $50 more than the One, but it will last forever and that motor is 💯💯💯

A lot of the higher end models have more features, but they aren't necessarily better or even useful.
I have this one. I got mine on a crazy sale for like half the price (plus I think it was renewed), and that thing is a beast. I worked in pro kitchens and couldn't use any of those crappy cheaper ones you'd see in a Bad, Bath & Beyond or wherever, because they're all garbage. I blend soups in this one and they're silky smooth. Same with smoothies, which for me is a bunch of raw green veggies and a banana - again, ridiculously smooth. I can't imagine a more powerful one being of any better use to me. It would be like having a nonstick pan that can slide around an egg with ease, and then going for an even more nonstick pan. It may be "better" but that doesn't make it more useful.
Also this one is under $300 right now. I'd hop on it immediately if I were you. I was a chef for over 10 years if that adds any more weight to my recommendation. I have no problem buying expensive kitchen equipment if needed and would have spent double if that's what was required for a good blender, but in this case it's not. I can't miss the blenders that are twice as expensive because I haven't used them. So until someone makes me something in one of them that absolutely knocks my socks off, I'm more than happy with the one I have.
