I don’t think it’s dependent on the monitor. Mine supports 4k@30 hz, according to the manual. My guess is the Odin is the culprit. It only outputs 4k@60 hz. Most devices will output different frequencies and automatically adjust to the frequency of the input device, whether it be 30, 60, 120hz etc. my tv supports all of these so if the Odin could output 30hz, it would work. But it’s locked to 60. My 4K tv signal aligns perfectly with the Odin’s hdmi out signal, but the aspect ratio is squished and doesn’t fill up the screen. My tv only allows for preset ratio options, none of which are playable excerpt for auto, which squishes everything leaving large black bars on either side of the display. So I prefer the 4K out mode which fills up my screen. Anyway, I’ll leave a link to the hub I am using. It’s only drawback is it doesn’t keep the Odin charged while playing. The battery drains very slowly. I’m gonna try a quick charge 4.0 + charging block and cable and see if that helps. If not oh well, I’ll just un-dock to recharge. Seems like theres no perfect docking solution out there, for me any way.

edited to add I found the charging solution! Popped in a 3rd party Nintendo switch charger and it charges while playing through 4Kout!

I've been perfectly happy with this dongle that I purchased in May when I got my deck. It hasn't given me any issues and supports HDMI 2.0. I also use this plastic stand with the dongle attached to the back with 3m double sided adhesive tape. Combined with a 90 degree adapter it looks like a seamless dock.
