I picked up this one it goes to 500g and measures in hundredths (0.01) of a gram. You can turn off the auto shut-off
Most people use this one: http://www.amazon.com/American-Weigh-Scales-LB-501-Digital/dp/B005UGBG20
But there are cheaper ones that do the job like this one: http://www.amazon.com/Etekcity-Table-Top-Features-Batteries-included/dp/B00QFCG5ZQ/ref=sr_1_17?ie=UTF8&qid=1436125335&sr=8-17-spons&keywords=0.01g+scale
The first one comes with calibration weights. The 2nd one doesn't, so you will need to purchase a 500g weight separately (about $8).
There are many other scales out there. Just remember you need one that has a resolution of 0.01g (hundredth of a gram).
If you want a highly accurate and repeatable scale, you will need to spend several hundred bucks (even in the thousands). But these cheapo Chinese scales as probably good enough for us.
If you're having issues with that scale, the Etekcity 500 gram works great and the price is nice. No issues whatsoever. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00QFCG5ZQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_Y4AAzbF5SK8WY
