You'll regret not going with the 4K package, though the 4K link provided doesn't go to the one I'd actually recommend out of the three. The bottom one does.
AI support will be important as you become familiar with the system as will the bandwidth capability of the 4K unit, though it is still only an 80mbps NVR.
Night vision type can be somewhat subjective. I personally prefer IR for the discretion in actual illumination and what I consider to be exceptional clarity..., at least in my own situation. Color night vision depends on white light illumination which would not be acceptable (or desirable) in my particular environment.
The 4K system gives you room to grow and mix and match your night vision options if desired. The particular cameras may even allow for standard IR night vision. But just to be clear, this is the unit you probably want.
Just understand that what you read in the reviews and even what Amcrest publishes may vary from what you will actually experience and possibly even receive in the box. Download and carefully read the spec sheets for the equipment you're buying to eliminate any surprises.
