https://www.amazon.com/CARPENTER-VIOLIN-MICRO-GOOSE-Myers-Pickups/dp/B00VMQEPYS is a possible option that's pretty decent. It connects with a chinrest style mount, and it's an actual mic vs a piezo pickup (which will sound more nasal and getting a nice tone depends a lot on other gear) although I did also buy some extra adhesive cork to put on it just to prevent any sort of scratching. It goes out to a standard 1/4" guitar cable. For ~$200 it's a solid option, and it definitely has a better clip than the AT-30.
On the higher end ($600-700), there's the DPA 4099v which is an industry standard, and although it won't help you if you need it by Friday, Neumann should be coming out with their MCM 114 any day now. Both of these will require xlr cables and phantom power however, they don't go out to a standard guitar cable.
I can also give you the best $30 solution that I've found - the Korg tuner with an extension cable. Although it definitely sounds better with a decent preamp/DI, it's a cheap somewhat janky solution (looks a bit silly clipped to the bridge) but it works. I always have a few sets on hand to give my students amplification to test out effects pedals :)
I actually made a pdf guide on amplifying violin that you can read HERE - feel free to ask any questions!
